Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract (Possibility of extension)
Pay Range: $20/hr. on W2 (Without Benefits)

Job Description:
This job is essentially an Outbound Customer Service Representative role.

Core Responsibilities:
Make outbound phone calls to customers regarding their orders.
Send email updates about order status and progress.
Work from a prioritized list of orders requiring customer contact.
Document interactions and updates in internal tracking systems.
Maintain accurate records of customer communications.

Key Skills the Employer Is Looking For:
Customer service experience (required).
Call center experience (preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask between calls, emails, and internal systems.
Problem-solving and customer issue resolution.
Basic to intermediate proficiency with:
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Outlook

Attention to detail when documenting customer interactions.
