Position Summary

CAYI – Drink Tech, Inc. is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to support our growing U.S. marketing team. This role will assist with digital marketing, social media, product launches, marketing materials, and trade show preparation. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with both the U.S. and China teams.

Work Arrangement

• Initial 90-day Independent Contractor (1099) engagement
• Remote during the contract period
• Upon successful completion of the engagement and business needs, CAYI may extend a full-time employment offer.
• Relocation to Oxnard, California will be required for full-time employment.

Essential Responsibilities

Marketing

• Assist with marketing campaigns
• Help maintain CAYI brand standards
• Create marketing materials and presentations
• Support product launches

Digital Marketing

• Assist with website updates
• Create and schedule social media posts
• Help monitor social media performance
• Support email marketing campaigns

Graphic Design

• Design flyers, brochures, and digital marketing materials
• Create product graphics and marketing content

Trade Shows & Events

• Assist with trade show preparation
• Help coordinate promotional materials
• Support showroom marketing activities

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Product Development, Operations, and the China Marketing Team
• Complete assigned marketing projects on time

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 1+ year of marketing experience (internships included)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple projects

Preferred

• Experience with social media marketing
• Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Interest in promotional products or consumer products
• Bilingual (English/Mandarin/Spanish) is a plus

• Microsoft Office
• Canva
• Google Workspace
• Social Media Platforms
• Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
• AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.)
