Onsite HOA Facilities Technician

Seabreeze Management Company is seeking a Facilities Maintenance technician to perform routine repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections, and service within HOA communities. The role is on-site at properties managed by Seabreeze, with hours recorded daily and tasks prioritized to safety and reliability. You'll handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and common-area maintenance, report to the General Manager, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
