Conduct policy reviews, assess client needs, and recommend tailored insurance solutions. Proactively market and cross‑sell products to warm and cold leads. Oversee customer issue resolution and ensure a positive client experience. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management, preferably in insurance or a related field.
