Job Title: Inventory Clerk Job Description

We are seeking an Inventory Clerk to manage shipping processes and ensure the accuracy of shipment paperwork. This is a contract-to-hire position with working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

• Process paperwork for shipping using various software including UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
• Ensure all shipment paperwork is correct and orderly.
• Track shipments and perform quality checks.
• Conduct inventory counts on shipments to ensure accuracy.
• Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office, spending the majority of the day on the computer.

• At least 2 years of shipping experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and shipping-related computer software.
• Strong attention to detail to work with a variety of parts for shipping and receiving.

• Experience with SAP, data entry, order pulling, and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with logistics and shipping processes using DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

The position is based at the main plant on Aurora Rd, featuring a laid-back, clean, and supportive environment. The shipping department consists of four employees. The company is the largest manufacturer of foundation dynamic testing equipment globally, and it offers a very clean work environment. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, OH.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
