NetSuite Architect - Remote, USA Location: Remote, USA Travel: Minimal, up to 5% Type: Full-time / Permanent Client: Confidential About the Role A growing US-based organization is looking for an experienced NetSuite Architect to lead the design, implementation, and long-term optimization of its Oracle NetSuite ERP environment. This is a strategic, hands-on architecture role suited to someone who can own the end-to-end NetSuite roadmap, partner closely with Finance, Operations, IT, and senior stakeholders, and ensure the ERP platform is scalable, secure, and aligned to the wider enterprise technology landscape. The successful candidate will play a key role in NetSuite implementation, integration, governance, and process optimization across core business functions including finance, order management, procurement, inventory, reporting, and revenue-related processes. Key Responsibilities You will lead the architecture and technical direction of the NetSuite ERP ecosystem, ensuring the platform supports current business needs while remaining scalable for future growth. Responsibilities include:
- Define and maintain the overall NetSuite ERP architecture and implementation roadmap.
- Lead NetSuite solution design, configuration, and implementation across core modules.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical NetSuite workflows, configurations, and process improvements.
- Oversee NetSuite implementation partners and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Design and manage integrations between NetSuite and key enterprise systems, including Salesforce, 3PL platforms, billing tools, payment providers, and other SaaS applications.
- Establish ERP governance, documentation standards, and change management practices.
- Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve existing business processes.
- Support testing, validation, go-live readiness, troubleshooting, and post-go-live enhancements.
- 7+ years of NetSuite ERP experience across architecture, configuration, and implementation.
- Proven experience leading multiple full-cycle NetSuite implementations.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite Financials, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Reporting, and Advanced Revenue Management.
- Deep experience integrating NetSuite with Salesforce, 3PL systems, and other SaaS platforms.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, SuiteTalk, APIs, or similar integration technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across Finance, Operations, IT, and leadership teams.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, or SuiteCloud Developer.
- Experience in technology, telecom, SaaS, or services-based environments.
- Familiarity with GAAP, SOX, or ERP-related regulatory requirements.
- Financial accounting knowledge.
- Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, or SuiteCloud tools.
