Patient and Site Engagement Lead

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Patient and Site Engagement Lead to integrate patient-focused strategies into clinical trial planning and delivery. The role involves developing engagement insights, collaborating with internal teams and patient advocacy groups, and ensuring patient perspectives inform study design and execution across assigned therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct study burden analyses and provide patient and site insights during feasibility assessments
• Develop customized patient and site engagement strategies aligned with customer needs
• Establish and maintain relationships with patient advocacy groups in assigned therapy areas
• Lead cross-functional teams on FDA Diversity Action Plans and UK PPI projects
• Define metrics to track the impact of engagement strategies on trial performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• 8+ years experience in patient engagement, recruitment, retention, feasibility, or site coordination
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Basic understanding of clinical drug development across therapeutic areas
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and present to diverse audiences
