Shift Lead - BK

Description:
The Shift Leads oversee the day-to-day operations of Park attractions and Guest services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Model and educate Team Members on Boomers' Core Values.
• Ensure adequate daily staffing levels and adherence to daily operational schedule.
• Manage shift schedule ensuring breaks and meal periods are provided in a timely manner in accordance with State
labor laws.
• Operate various attractions following standard operating procedures and maintaining safe practices at all times.
• Train and develop Team Members ensuring safety is a priority and attention to Guests is key.
• Complete required daily, weekly, and monthly documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• At least one year in front-line hospitality position.
• Previous leadership experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• CPR/First Aid Certified or certified after hire.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift, carry and move up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to climb, kneel, bend, push, roll and reach over shoulder.
• Must be able to work in an environment with high levels of noise.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
