Senior Helper Caregiver We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual to provide in‑home non‑medical senior assistance services. Join our team and make a difference in clients’ lives. Responsibilities Engage in meaningful conversations and build relationships with clients. Participate in clients’ hobbies such as scrap booking, gardening, and games. Prepare meals for clients. Assist clients with walking, dressing, and other activities of daily living. Document activities, and provide updates on clients’ physical condition, mental capacity and behavior. Qualifications Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable transportation, clean driving record and willingness to drive a reasonable distance. 1 year of field experience as PCM or Home Health Aide preferred; training offered. Ability to pass state and federal background check and drug screen. Current TB test and physical examination required before starting work. CPR and First Aid certifications; we can assist with training. Provide two personal and two professional references. Fluent reading, writing and speaking in English. Authorized to work in the U.S. Willingness to learn new skills to better serve clients. Strong communication skills and ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
