We are looking for a compassionate, clinically efficient General Dentist to join our close-knit, team-oriented culture. With the owner actively looking to reduce their clinical load, you will be handed a full schedule of new patients from day one. Title Dentist Job Description Clinical Excellence: Perform high-quality "bread-and-butter" dentistry, including restorative, crown and bridge, and prosthetics. Patient-Centered Care: Conduct thorough exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning with a focus on building long-term trust and loyalty. Team Collaboration: Work within a supportive, collaborative environment alongside a dedicated clinical and administrative team. Advanced Technology: Utilize modern tools including CBCT, digital mobile X-rays, and an on-site dental lab to deliver efficient care. Salary Range part-time $240,000 - $360,000 per year Uncapped Earnings: Compensation based on 30% of production with an expected earning range of $240K–$360K+. A strong $900/day guarantee to ensure peace of mind as you integrate. Requirements Experienced Dentist (3+ years) General Dentistry Education: Licensed General Dentist (or eligible for licensure in New Hampshire). Experience: 1–3+ years of experience is preferred due to high patient demand, though motivated dentists seeking mentorship are encouraged to apply.
