SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for full‑time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions. Location: Owensboro Health Twin Lakes – 910 Wallace Avenue, Leitchfield, KY 42754. Online applications accepted only. Requirement: Previous retail, cooking, and supervisory experience required. Pay Range: $15.68 per hour to $23.83 per hour. Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable performance standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety. Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentor and develop employees, encouraging them to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned.
