A few examples of your responsibilities

• Manage invoicing and reconciliations. Handle transactions and invoicing with third-party vendors and distribution partners, as well as across our subsidiaries. Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable journals, ensuring accurate monthly controls. Perform bank reconciliations and manage outgoing payments.
• Take an active role in month-end closures and ERP management. Maintain detailed records of revenues, costs, and cash flow. Oversee ERP processes to support the preparation of financial statements for both individual and consolidated entities.
• Support the M&A accounting processes integration. Manage bookkeeping for newly acquired companies, support in the design of new processes, and assist in their migration to our systems.
• Prepare financial reports. Help produce accurate monthly financial reports to support strategic decision-making. Partner with our Technology team to prepare annual statements and implement accounting automations that enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Provide audit support. Collaborate with the Finance team and coordinate with tax advisors, auditors, and consultants to ensure smooth preparation for both internal and external audits.

• Competitive pay and access to company equity at a discounted price. Typically, we offer individuals with limited experience an annual salary of £41,255 in London and €39,892 elsewhere in Europe. For a candidate that we assess as possessing considerable relevant experience, the salary on offer tends to be between £56,345 and £85,797 in London, and €54,346 and €82,557 elsewhere in Europe. Compensation varies by location and expected impact, and grows rapidly as you gain experience and translate it into greater contributions. For individuals who demonstrate exceptional capability, we may offer compensation that extends beyond the usual ranges to reflect their higher expected impact. If you're offered a permanent contract, you'll also be able to receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, thus participating in the value creation we achieve together. If relocating to Italy, you may enjoy a 50% tax cut.

The selection process

In our screening process, we prioritize verifiable signals of excellence, regardless of seniority. There are no preferential paths beyond what your application demonstrates, and we evaluate every candidate through the same process.
