Position Summary Position Summary... What You’ll Do Provides member service and maintains the checkout area. Resolves member issues and concerns. Promotes Sam’s Club products and services and offers guidance on self‑service technology. Processes member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies for different membership and payment types. Follows company safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps. Handles merchandise properly, reports unsafe situations, and zones and organizes the area. Maintains entrance and exit areas, acknowledges members, verifies membership cards, and identifies member needs. Assists members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, transporting items, and making informed choices. Maintains a safe shopping environment and safeguards Sam’s Club assets by observing and communicating potential criminal activity. Maintains paperwork, logs, and required documentation; executes emergency response procedures. Provides and trains new Member Frontline Services associates on company processes and technology; delivers new program rollout training. Offers continuous learning and process improvement opportunities. Identifies shrink and damages, ensures compliance with security and safety practices. Executes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners; recommends improvement opportunities and adapts to change. Embraces differences, builds strong relationships, communicates with impact, and mentors others. Maintains integrity, ethics, and compliance; supports Walmart’s goals and culture. Delivers results with the customer first and makes decisions based on reliable information. Drives continuous improvements, uses new technologies, and supports others through change. Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00, with the actual hourly rate equal to or exceeding the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Minimum Qualifications Retail experience, including operating front‑end equipment such as cash registers. Experience working with mobile retail applications. Preferred Qualifications None listed.
