About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new client introductions, particularly to key stakeholders in the healthcare industry. This role requires the ability to progress complex opportunities, develop account plans, and maintain senior peer relationships with prospects. The RVP will work closely with the CCO and/or CEO to close business, transition new clients internally, and ensure client satisfaction. A key aspect of the position is to maintain and update the sales pipeline in CRM, bringing creativity to reduce sales cycle time, and consistently pursuing top targeted prospects. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years of sales experience in growing healthcare IT companies, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. A deep understanding of the healthcare market, particularly the acute care setting, is essential. The ideal candidate will be an independent self-starter, with strong interpersonal, selling, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in remote sales tools and a strong business acumen are required. The role demands a high-energy individual with a resilient attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to the values of the organization, including professionalism, collaboration, and results.
