Senior Business Analyst

Job Description

• Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements across multiple systems and platforms.

• Conduct stakeholder meetings to understand current-state processes and define future-state solutions.

• Create detailed business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and Jira user stories.

• Partner with business and technical teams to manage requirements through Agile and Waterfall project lifecycles.

• Identify process gaps, dependencies, and risks while driving solutions independently.

• Support backlog management, testing, UAT, and successful delivery of business initiatives.

Operate with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.

Skills and Requirements

· Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a business analyst

· Strong experience writing requirements in both agile and waterfall

· Strong experience writing complicated requirements- Writing for multiple systems, platforms, etc.

· Ability to ramp up quickly

· Ability to conduct high level descriptions and operate under deadlines

· Jira stories

· Strong understanding of current state process and ability to build future state process on their own
