• $21.79/hour + Weekly Pay
• 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Available
• Overtime opportunities available

• Perform MIG welding on stainless steel and galvanized materials
• Read and follow blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Use measuring tools to ensure quality and accuracy
• Operate welding equipment and shop tools safely
• Inspect welds and make adjustments as needed
• Follow Lean / 5S practices to keep work areas organized
• Work with a team to hit daily production goals

• Entry-level candidates ready to learn welding
• OR experience with MIG welding (school or on-the-job)
• Ability to read blueprints (or willingness to learn)
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Comfortable working any shift

• Trade school / welding program graduates
• Candidates with hands-on or shop class experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milford, DE.

The pay range for this position is $21.79 - $21.79/hr.
