Pelvic Health PT by Phoenix seeking an outpatient pelvic health physical therapist that is engaging and friendly with a drive to pursue exceptional clinical quality. You will evaluate, treat, and guide patients through individualized rehabilitation programs, focusing on functional improvement, pain reduction, and long‑term wellness in a supportive, patient‑centered environment. Compensation Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000 Qualifications Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT) Current and active state physical therapy license Herman & Wallace Level 1 certification or equivalent CEU required New graduates are welcome to apply Responsibilities Evaluate patients, identify movement or functional limitations, and develop individualized treatment plans Provide one‑on‑one interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and physical agents as appropriate Document evaluations, goals, progress, and treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care to maximize outcomes Educate patients and families on home programs, condition management, and recovery expectations Collaborate with referring providers and clinic staff to coordinate care Ensure informed consent and clearly communicate expected benefits, risks, and alternatives Discharge patients upon goal achievement and provide follow‑up recommendations or referrals as needed Skills Active listening and clear, effective communication with patients Critical thinking and problem‑solving during evaluations and treatment sessions Basic clinical reasoning using evidence‑based and scientific principles Ability to learn new techniques and adapt to evolving clinical information Strong reading and writing skills for accurate documentation Social awareness and the ability to build rapport with patients Service‑oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help others Effective time management to balance caseload and documentation Benefits Eligibility for monthly bonus program Three (3) weeks of paid time off (PTO) Six (6) paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching Life insurance and short‑term disability coverage $1,000 annual continuing education (CEU) allowance #J-18808-Ljbffr Physical Therapy By Phoenix
