What You ll Do:

• Provide specialized neonatal care in a Level-III NICU with 34 beds
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and hospitalists
• Manage critically ill and premature infants, including high-risk deliveries and transports
• Support family-centered care in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Assist with clinical procedures, monitoring, and ongoing assessments
• Work closely with ancillary services such as radiology, cardiology, and neurology

What You Need:

• Current Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications not accepted)
• 2+ years of NICU experience
• Active Florida RN license and NNP certification
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• No new graduate candidates or locums accepted
