Overview Join our team as a Landscaper and contribute to managing beautiful and functional landscapes to satisfy our clients. You'll play a vital role in ensuring safe, high‑quality, and efficient delivery of landscape services while representing our brand and our clients on their properties. Key Responsibilities Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Maintain quality standards and achieve job budgets. Operate and maintain equipment according to company guidelines. Communicate client issues or opportunities to account managers promptly. Experience and Skills Landscaping, lawn care, tree and shrub care, planting flowers, pruning, lawn mowing. Eagerness to develop horticulture expertise, including plant identification and plant maintenance techniques. Responsible use of landscape tools, vehicles, and equipment. Snow Removal: Safely clear snow and ice from walkways, driveways, and other areas. Position Requirements No experience required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in constant standing and walking. Strong problem‑solving skills and a collaborative attitude.
