Job Title: Production Operator Location: Junction City KS 66441 Work Schedule: Mon - Thu, from 2:30 pm to 1:00 am Pay Rate: USD 17.00 /hr Contract Type: TTH Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Basic reading, writing, arithmetic, and manual dexterity Previous manufacturing experience a plus Able to operate independently and as a team member Able to read and follow SOPs, labels, and instructions Computer skills for data input Responsibilities: Follow procedures, checklists, and safety protocols Build boxes, clean and maintain equipment, ensure tools and supplies are available Operate, set up, and adjust equipment to maintain product quality Inspect and prepare products per SOPs Thread/splice material and handle packaging Monitor and record production and material usage manually and electronically Clean machinery, equipment, and work area as needed Communicate and cooperate with crew for quality, efficiency, and safety Identify and label hazardous waste for proper disposal Recommend and help implement improvements Serve on teams for quality, safety, waste reduction, and lean principles Participate in self-development and training Exhibit safety and environmental best practices Perform other related duties as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr Kelly Services
