Job Summary

Landscape Construction Laborers work as part of a crew to deliver high-quality landscape construction services to our clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and pride in delivering excellent results.

Essential Job Functions

Safely operate powered tools and landscaping equipment
Perform softscape installation and improvements
Operate skid steer and mini excavator
Plant trees, shrubs, bushes, and flowers
Install drainage systems and perform rough grading
Maintain a clean and safe worksite
Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including possible weekends
Ability to communicate professionally and represent the company positively
Construction or landscaping experience preferred (higher pay opportunities available)

Physical Requirements

- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
- Frequent bending, stooping, climbing, and grasping
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
