Day Shift Psychiatric RN - Lead Care & Coordination

Arch Vista is seeking a Day Shift Psychiatric RN to guide patient care during the most active hours of treatment in our Missouri hospital. You will combine clinical judgment, therapeutic communication, and teamwork to help patients progress safely through their inpatient journey. You will lead nursing assessments, administer medications (including long-acting injectables), coordinate admissions and discharges, and ensure thorough EMR documentation.
