You will maintain and improve the Salesforce and RevTech stack, build pipeline and forecast reporting, and translate messy operational data into decisions leadership can act on. Key Responsibilities Own Salesforce administration and hygiene: manage objects, validation rules, workflows, and user permissions across the sales org Build and maintain dashboards and reporting in Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools covering pipeline, conversion, and rep productivity Partner with Sales and Finance on forecasting: reconcile CRM data against actuals and flag variance drivers ahead of quarterly reviews Evaluate, implement, and integrate RevTech tools (outreach, enrichment, billing, and data-warehouse connectors), managing vendor relationships end-to-end Design and document core revenue processes, including lead routing, territory assignment, and opportunity stage definitions Run territory and quota planning analyses, modeling scenarios for headcount and segment coverage Troubleshoot data integrity issues across the stack, root-causing sync failures between CRM, marketing automation, and the data warehouse What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of revenue operations, sales operations, or business analysis experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment Advanced Salesforce administration skills (ADM 201 or equivalent experience preferred) Strong SQL skills and comfort analyzing large datasets in a warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift) Hands-on experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI Track record of driving process improvements with measurable impact on pipeline velocity or forecast accuracy Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, business, or equivalent practical experience Bonus: experience withCPQ, RevOps certifications, or scripting in Python to automate recurring operational reporting #J-18808-Ljbffr
