Position Summary Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Site Superintendent oversees all on-site activities for commercial construction projects. The role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance. This client-facing position works with franchise owners, trades, subcontractors, building officials, and the Archmill team. Extensive travel and on-site work are required; projects typically last one to four weeks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Supervision : Oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, and safety protocols. Team Management : Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and other personnel, providing guidance to ensure efficient workflow. Quality Control : Monitor work progress, conduct regular inspections, and address issues to maintain high standards. Own the Re-Image brand standards and ensure client satisfaction. Safety Compliance : Enforce safety regulations, protocols, and policies to maintain a safe on-site environment. Reporting : Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, work logs, and incident reports. Communication : Act as a liaison between project managers, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and prompt issue resolution. Problem Solving : Identify and resolve delays, conflicts, or technical issues while preserving project timelines. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in commercial construction. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, ensuring accurate execution and design compliance. Experience in constructability analysis and providing clear guidance to trades. Maintain a high sense of urgency and adaptability for fast-paced timelines. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines. Strong leadership and managerial skills to motivate teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore). Relevant certifications or licenses are advantageous. Must have a valid passport. Work Conditions Willingness and ability to travel approximately 90% of the time. Required to work in a construction setting with loud noises. Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment. Must be able to remain standing for extended periods. Must be able to lift and carry objects over 35 lbs. Overnight work may be required based on project needs.
