The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the retail store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, efficient staff management, and optimal financial performance. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent organizational skills to drive sales and maintain store standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment
- Supervise and lead store staff to maintain performance and morale
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address customer needs
- Oversee sales activities to achieve and exceed targets
- Manage store budget and control expenses
- Implement effective visual merchandising strategies
- Conduct staff training and development programs
- Monitor and prevent loss through security measures and policies
- Create and manage employee schedules effectively
- Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years in retail management
