Lead Aircraft Performance Engineer - RNAV/RNP & Flight Ops

United Airlines

United Airlines is seeking a Principal Engineer in Montpelier to lead aviation performance initiatives. You will own RNAV/RNP engine-out strategy development and coordinate with technical pilots and flight planning teams to ensure accurate performance data across fleets.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering, 4+ years in airline performance engineering, and strong communication skills to educate the team and stakeholders.
