The Facilities & Maintenance Manager position is a full-time exempt position with benefits and a preferred hiring range of $34.78 - $38.25 per hour (equivalent to $72,342 - $79,560 annually); however, an exact salary will be dependent upon the selected candidate's qualifications and experience. In this position, you'll perform complex professional, technical, and administrative tasks while overseeing and leading a team responsible for the department's grounds, operations, and activities. The selected candidate will be committed to continuous professional development through self-directed education, networking, and participation in relevant courses, training sessions, and events.

Additionally, the Facilities and Maintenance Manager is responsible for:

• Maintaining and managing buildings and grounds, including preventive maintenance, operations, renovations, and housekeeping functions.
• Reviewing and recommending actions on improvements, environmental sustainability, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborating with the Director of Transportation and other supervisors on fiscal planning, contracted services for facility and grounds maintenance and cleaning, building security, pest control, specialized equipment maintenance, and repairs.
• Managing and directing resources effectively in response to natural and human-made disasters.
