Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will be entrusted with several critical responsibilities, beginning with conducting comprehensive clinical assessments for students with diverse mental health needs. Your role will involve:

• Developing personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure each client receives customized care tailored to their emotional and psychological needs.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities to help clients develop coping strategies and resilience.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and school counselors, to create a comprehensive support network for students and their families.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance service delivery and remain up-to-date with mental health best practices.

• Providing educational resources and support to clients and their families, helping them navigate their mental health challenges and available community supports.

This role primarily focuses on students who may be facing a range of emotional, behavioral, or psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania to demonstrate your professional competence.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
