Role Overview RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Palliative Care Physician for a full-time position at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, NJ. The physician will collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure delivery of palliative care to patients and families, working in inpatient or outpatient settings. The physician will also participate in education of staff, trainees, and the community. Qualifications MD (or equivalent) and BC/BE in Hospice and Palliative Medicine, fellowship training preferred. Eligible for NJ licensure or licensed in NJ. Interest in working with heart and transplant patients preferred. Ambitious and looking for growth opportunities.
