Sr. Structural Steel Detailer

Salary Range PHP 75,000 – 85,000 Work Set-Up Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 8am - 5pm Responsibilities Review and check Tekla models and fabrication drawings for accuracy and completeness Identify modelling errors, clashes, and constructability issues, and ensure they are resolved before drawings are issued Ensure drawings meet fabrication and project requirements Review connections, welds, bolting, and general steel detailing standards Coordinate with the drafting and engineering teams to resolve issues Provide guidance and mentoring to junior detailers and drafters Help improve workflows, quality control, and team processes Communicate clearly with the Australian team regarding drawing reviews and revisions Perform other related duties as required Requirements Minimum 10 years of structural steel detailing experience At least 5 years of hands‑on Tekla experience Strong understanding of fabrication and workshop processes Previous experience in a senior checker, lead detailer, or similar role Experience mentoring or leading drafting/detailing teams Strong understanding of steel fabrication, connections, welds, and bolting Ability to identify and resolve detailing and constructability issues Strong attention to detail and quality control skills Good English communication skills, both written and verbal Australian project experience is preferred but not essential Benefits HMO Coverage – eligible employees receive HMO coverage with free coverage for one dependent Leave Benefits – employees receive 15 annual leave credits consisting of 10 vacation leaves and 5 sick leaves, plus other applicable leave benefits Mandatory Benefits – employees receive SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, tax compliance where applicable, and a 13th month pay Additional Leave Support – eligible employees may also avail of calamity, maternity, paternity, bereavement, solo parent, and Magna Carta leave Fair Pay and Breaks – we provide overtime, holiday, night differential, and premium pay Team Activities and Wellness – we encourage wellness through company participation in events such as fun runs and provide access to partner discounts from selected hotels, restaurants, and more Training and Travel Opportunities – some employees may receive client training and possible overseas travel, depending on role and business need Our Location Unit 1E, Philexcel Annex, Clark Freeport, Pampanga #J-18808-Ljbffr
