Capable of independently developing and trouble shooting analytical methods, presenting findings to larger groups and collaborating effectively cross-functionally.Required Skill 4: Extensive experience with characterization of peptides and LNPs.Required Skill 5: Some familiarity working in regulated environments.What years of experience, education, and/or certification is required?BS in Chemistry, Materials Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences of related field with 5 years of lab experience (pharmaceutical industry preferred) or master's degree with minimum 2 years of lab experience (pharmaceutical industry preferred).What is a nice to have (but not required) regarding skills, requirements, experience, education, or certification?Research presentations/publications.Industrial background working with lyophilized and/or spray dried pharmaceutical products, particularly with peptide, lipid and/or mRNA preferred.Experience utilizing additional materials science techniques such as Thermo Gravimetric Analysis (TGA), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Dynamic Vapor Sorption (DVS), would be a plus.Job Description:Plan and execute assigned particle characterization tasks as well as other applicable physical analytical chemistry tasks utilizing standard procedure and technical understanding of various techniques to complete assigned tasksIndependently generate precise, reliable and reproducible data in a timely manner.
