Civil Litigation Attorney

We are a highly Trial firm with a focus on defense litigation. We employ over 70 Attorneys and have 5 offices. The firm is dedicated to resolving complex and contested matters in civil, construction, insurance, and real estate litigation for our clients across multiple states. Joining our firm will provide candidates with real-world litigation experience. Responsibilities Handle complex litigation from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, manage discovery, conduct depositions, and represent clients in court. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy. Collaborate with partners and multidisciplinary teams to develop effective, innovative legal solutions. Advocate for clients in negotiations, mediations, and hearings. Manage client communications and ensure strategic alignment throughout each matter. Must Haves 4+ years of litigation experience J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Arizona State Bar. Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills. Strong advocacy and case management skills. Ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative environment. Salary and Compensation Package The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 - $220,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
