Lead Workday Financials Analyst

Serving as a hands-on subject-matter expert, the Lead Workday Financials Analyst will focus on design, configuration, and ongoing support of financial systems in a full-time role within a healthcare environment, collaborating with finance and IT stakeholders to optimize financial workflows. Key responsibilities Design, configure, and support the Workday Financials environment while leading enhancements and optimizing financial workflows Partner with finance and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions Strengthen governance and controls to ensure compliance and efficiency across the organization Required qualifications 7-10 years of overall Workday experience 3-5+ years supporting Workday Financials in a post-implementation environment Proven hands-on configuration ownership with experience in optimization projects Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate requirements into solutions Experience in gathering business requirements and supporting the entire configuration lifecycle
