Pearl Primary Care is a growing, physician-led Direct Primary Care practice in Colorado Springs seeking a dependable, patient-centered Certified Medical Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful patient interaction, communicates clearly, follows through reliably, and is comfortable working in a small, relationship-based practice. Monday through Friday Competitive pay based on experience and credentials Requirements RMA preferred; CMA, CCMA, and NCMA accepted Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience Available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Comfortable with EMR/EHR systems and digital communication tools Dependable, patient-centered, and able to work independently after training About Pearl Primary Care Pearl Primary Care is a membership-based Direct Primary Care practice. That means longer visits, direct communication, stronger patient relationships, and no insurance billing. The Medical Assistant will support patient care, scheduling, communication, clinical workflows, and day-to-day practice operations as Pearl Primary Care continues to grow.
