Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician

Our organization is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our team in Ceres, CA.

Position Overview

• Starting Base Salary: $300,000 - $310,000
• Salary Guarantee: Two-year guarantee
• Loan or Mortgage Assistance: Up to $200,000 available
• Residency Stipend: Offered
• Compensation Model: RVU-based starting in year two
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $50,000
• RVU Bonus Potential: Available during the guarantee period
• Patient Population: Both adult and pediatric
• Scheduling: Flexible options
• Work Environment: 100% outpatient
• Patient Load: Average of 20 - 25 patients per day
• Additional Opportunities: Potential work in Urgent Care if interested
• Teaching Opportunities: Available with a newly accredited Family Medicine program
• EHR System: Epic
