Base Pay $20.00 / Hour Employee Type FT Non-Exempt Required Degree High school Manage Others No Phone View phone number on click.appcast.io Location Location: This position is based at our assembly and packing facility located at 5001 S River Rd, West Bend, WI, the same building as our sister company, Midwest Assembly, Warehouse & Distribution (MAWD). Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive, stage, distribute, and store materials, components, and finished products in designated production and warehouse locations. Transport materials and parts to and from assembly and packing areas to support efficient workflow. Prepare and maintain accurate records of materials received, moved, or shipped. Review incoming materials and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quality, and proper documentation. Communicate material shortages, discrepancies, or production concerns to the Assembly Lead or Supervisor. Maintain organization of staging areas and ensure workspaces remain clean and safe. Collect and properly dispose of scrap materials, packaging, and debris. Assist Assembly Technicians with hands‑on assembly and packaging of kiosks, point‑of‑purchase displays, and related components based on job specifications. Step in to perform Assembly Technician duties when needed to support staffing coverage, production volume, or deadlines. Follow written instructions, visual aids, and quality standards to ensure accurate assembly and packaging. Inspect assembled and packaged products for quality, completeness, and accuracy. Work collaboratively with the assembly team to meet daily production goals and schedules. Required Skills/Abilities Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (training provided as required). Follow all FMA safety policies, work instructions, and procedures at all times. Willingness and ability to perform both material handling and hands‑on assembly/packing tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Good organizational, communication, and time‑management skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Dependable, flexible, and team‑oriented with a positive attitude. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment with shifting priorities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
