Registered Nurse RN - Emergency Room – Full‑Time LCMC Health is seeking a self‑motivated and dedicated Emergency Room Nurse who excels in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering time‑sensitive, high‑quality, evidence‑based care and will thrive in a collaborative, teamwork‑centric setting. This role requires a passion for continuous learning, collaboration, and delivering high‑standard clinical practice. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in emergency situations. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a timely manner. Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain a high standard of clinical practice and adhere to evidence‑based protocols. Qualifications Valid Louisiana nursing license or temporary permit. American Heart Association BLS‑HCP certification. ACLS, PALS, NIH, CPI, and VAD competency. Preferred certifications: TNCC and ENPC. Experience / Skills Experience in an emergency department or critical care setting. Strong critical thinking and decision‑making skills.
