Associate Vice President, Projects and Operations

Fisher Investments is looking for a proven, results-oriented Associate Vice President of Projects and Operations to lead the operational engine of our global in-house creative marketing agency, fishtank. You will help strengthen and evolve the operating model that enables fishtank to deliver high-quality creative assets to support global marketing campaigns at scale. As a part of the agency leadership team, reporting to the GVP, Global Marketing Services, you'll direct our project management group and serve as a strategic operational partner to other agency leaders. You'll shape how work enters and move through the agency, improve capacity and resourcing, improve process and technological improvements to ensure the agency can meet the demands of the business.The Opportunity:This is the right role for you if you are someone who is motivated and knows how to turn complexity into clear, predicable processes. You will have a meaningful impact on how our agency works today and how we evolve for the future.The Day-to-Day:Lead, coach, and develop the agency's project management team, creating a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and resultsLead strategic operational programs that improve the agency's effectiveness, efficiency, and scalabilityImprove intakes, prioritize, and model workflows, ensuring you scope, prioritize, resource, and align new work with our goalsOversee the end-to-end operational delivery of creative assets across all markets, channels, and creative disciplinesPartner with marketing leadership to establish priorities, timelines, and delivery expectations based on our needsOversee agency budgeting, including forecasting, expenses tracking, and resource costsManage executive updates on operational reporting, project delivery, and capacity planningCommunicate regularly with partners to ensure understanding and transparency, and advise on feasibility, priorities, and resource trade-offs and risksBe the senior point of escalation for complex projects, resource constraints and bring forward a clear solutionPartner closely with creative, strategy and planning, data, technology and media team leaders to ensure effective understanding and collaborationYour Qualifications:10+ years of experience in a creative operations leadership role with an agency or in-house creative organizationProven experience developing and managing operational models that deliver creative assets at scaleHistory of building strong teams and developing talentExperience with creative agency operating models, including intake, workflow, project management, resource management, planning, production, and operational governanceExperience managing complex, high-volume creative work across multiple partners, channels, and marketsDemonstrated experience designing and implementing processes, workflows and governance frameworks that improve organizational effectivenessExperience with capacity planning, resource forecasting, workload management and the strategic use of internal and external resourcesStrong leadership presence with the ability to motivate teams, establish accountability, and interface with senior leadershipCompensation:$120,000 - $180,000 base salary per year in the state of WA.
