RN – LVAD Cardiac Transplant Unit (Night Shift) This posting represents a .9 FTE night shift opening (7 pm–7:30 am, three 12‑hour shifts per week) with rotating weekends at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. Extra Incentives Night shift differential – $10.00 per hour $6,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires who meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing program Registered Nurse license upon hire License in the state where care is delivered National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire National Provider ACLS – American Heart Association within 90 days of hire Minimum 1 year nursing experience Compensation Pay range: $57.30 – $82.60 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
