Warehouse Associate- Pay up to $20/hr- Indianapolis, IN.

Shift: 8:30 AM – 4:45 PM (Monday–Friday)

Pay: up to $20/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and sort items accurately
• Count and organize products before placing into storage
• Pick and pack small parts and kits for shipment
• Scan items and prepare orders for delivery
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts
• Build shipping boxes/frames and prepare large items for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or similar environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Teams, email, etc.)
• Ability to follow work instructions/order sheets
• Steel-toe or composite shoes required

Preferred Qualifications

• Picking, packing, or kit building experience
• RF scanner experience
• Forklift experience
• Experience with hand or power tools.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN 46241.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
