Seasonal Paramedic / Executive Protection Agent Provide high-quality medical care and emergency response services under the guidance of the Program Coordinator. This role requires professionalism, clinical expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a luxury environment. Qualifications Knowledge and proficiency in working in a clinical and security environment. Customer Service – able to personally provide a high level of interactive service to the targeted customer base, building relationships, and acting as an internal company advocate. Team orientation & interpersonal skills – highly motivated, passionate, and creative team‑player with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels within and external to the organization. Communication – able to effectively and persuasively express self verbally and in writing, using correct language and grammar in a professional, diplomatic, and tactful manner. Organization & Time Management – able to work independently with minimal supervision, planning, scheduling, and organizing a professional schedule to complete actions within established deadlines, handling multiple priorities with strong attention to detail. Systems & Software – proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications. Responsibilities Safely drive and transport the principal. Maintain vehicle readiness and route awareness. Operate with discretion and professionalism. Be dependable for scheduled and on‑call driving needs. Client Engagement Build positive relationships with members and guests by providing professional and compassionate care. Uphold the reputation of the medical program as a trusted and responsive service within the community. Requirements 4–6 years of executive protection, law enforcement or military experience. EMT certification (required). Active NY Guard card and NY CCL or HR 218/LEOSA (required). Professional driving experience. Clean driving record and background. Information Security Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
