Role Description The Project Manager (PM) plays a significant and pivotal role within the organization.They will share ownership in the responsibility for project execution within their allocated client grouping.The PM will oversee project work across their team while executing moderate to complex projects of their own.The PM will have client-facing responsibilities to ensure exceptional service delivery.PM’s will need to have demonstrated, superior strengths in: critical/analytical thinking, strategic thought/execution, leadership, client service and project management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct job writing, job planning and overall execution of complex jobs and projects Direct customer contact when necessary or based on client relationship Collaborate with Client Relations Manager and Senior Account Executives regarding client activity requests with industrial design, installation, creative and prototype departments Support and facilitate any cross-department communication efforts and coordinate follow-up activities with resource departments Inspection of Jobs/Quality Control Ensure execution of job load and oversee job progress Partner with other internal stakeholders toward efficient execution of all job requirements Involved in final pack-outs to ensure strong job execution Takes on other tasks as requested from Client Relations Manager, or Direct of Client Services Able to adapt with fluctuating workloads Takes ownership and personal responsibility for their actions and accountabilities Maintain or exceed the professional standards established by Yunker Inc. corporate management QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Collegiate degree preferred. Minimum 6 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Fluent in English (written and verbal). This person must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with people at all levels within Yunker Industries and client organizations. ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS Ability to organize and schedule workflow based on volume demands. Requires strong time management and prioritizing skills. COMPUTER SKILLS Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Possess ability to navigate LAN resources (directories, files, printers, etc.) Possess ability to accurately perform daily data entry operations. MATHMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to solve conceptual math problems efficiently. REASONING ABILITY Must have the ability to think logically and critically toward the execution of written and oral instructions. Ability to solve variable based problems. Ability to learn, execute and train to internal production processes and procedures.
