About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to serve as the central point of contact and manager for all synagogue operations. The successful candidate will be a primary representative of the synagogue to members, prospective members, vendors, and the community at large. Key responsibilities include facilities management, financial oversight, and the effective administration of policies and procedures. The Executive Director will also support the clergy, provide direct supervision of non-clergy and educational staff, and be involved in long-term planning and strategy implementation.
