Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise your installation crew
• Complete assigned LVP flooring projects on time and to company standards
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Install luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring, including floating, click-lock, and glue-down applications
• Prepare subfloors and address minor floor preparation requirements as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• Proven experience installing Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring
• Ability to successfully pass a background check
• Valid Workers' Compensation Insurance
• Valid General Liability Insurance
• Reliable transportation (truck or van preferred)
• Own professional flooring installation tools and equipment
• Ability to manage and coordinate installation crews
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
