Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. This position involves providing critical nursing care in a Level 1 Trauma Center within a regional referral hospital. The role requires the ability to work various shifts including days, nights, and mids, supporting a diverse patient population across all age groups. Job Details Position Description: Emergency Room Nurse with at least 1 year of nursing experience, specialized in emergency medicine, critical care, or trauma preferred. Certification requirements include ACLS, PALS, with CEN preferred. Candidates must have completed all necessary PA clearances, with Department of Aging Fingerprinting within the last two years, and FBI background check. Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Active ACLS, PALS certifications; minimum 1 year of experience in emergency or critical care nursing; valid PA Child Abuse History and FBI background clearances; ability to work at least 60 miles from the facility. Additional Information: Candidates must work all shift times including days, nights, and mids. Complete and clear screenings are required prior to start. Orientation is held weekly, on Mondays.
