About the Position We are seeking a dynamic Aesthetic Agent to join the Strategic Account team as a Customer Experience Representative III, providing white‑glove personalized service and supporting Allergan’s portfolio of operations. Responsibilities Act as a trusted partner, maintaining confidential information and understanding of Strategic and Corporate accounts. Handle and respond to customer inquiries via online platforms such as Brilliant Distinctions, Allergan Partner Privileges, Allergan Direct, and others. Service account‑related inquiries including provisioning, navigation questions, migration issues, coupon creation, member inquiries, registration, and promotion detailing. Collaborate with Sales Reps, Business Technology, and key stakeholders to enhance customer experience. Manage escalated cases, determining additional information required and directing appropriate individuals. Coach, mentor, and consult teams as subject‑matter expert; host webinars to educate established and emerging accounts. Generate reports and analyze activity to ensure efficient operation of AGN Web Services. Qualifications At least 2 years of business experience in Customer Service, preferably in Medical Device or Pharmaceuticals. Proficient with MS Office; SAP or ERP experience preferred. Experience with continuous improvement projects preferred. High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
