Job Description
A dynamic team of ten psychiatrists located just two hours south of San Francisco is looking for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist to join their practice. While the group operates independently, they benefit from the hospital's support in areas such as staffing, billing, and office facilities.
This practice is affiliated with a well-regarded 250-bed community hospital, consistently recognized for its high-quality care on a national level (as per CMS rankings).
The average annual income for the group exceeds $375,000.
The Role:- Inpatient Position: 25 to 30 hours per week
- Outpatient Opportunities: Available if desired
- Earnings Potential: $350,000 expected for 25 hours per week, with significant income potential based on individual effort (the top earner made over $800,000 in 2025)
- Minimal Call: Required, but additional income can be earned for those who choose to take call shifts
- Responsibilities: Managing inpatient services, crisis stabilization units, and providing consultations in the Emergency Department and Medical/Surgical Floor
