Senior Office / Administrative Services Manager ($75/hr, up to $1,500/week)

Note: This is a flexible, part-time opportunity that is 5‑20 hours per week at $75 per hour (up to $1.5k/week). It can be done remotely and can be done both alongside or instead of full-time employment.

Were working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced administrative services managers who can help train their latest language model on office operations and administrative management tasks.

Were looking for senior managers with 5+ years overseeing administrative functions at large organizations to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core administrative workflows: facilities management, vendor contracts, budget administration, policy development, records management, and operational reporting.

$75/hour
