Orchestrate Hospitality is seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to join our restaurant group. We are looking for a hospitality professional who thrives on building great teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and leading successful restaurant operations.
Our restaurants are known for chef-driven cuisine, thoughtfully crafted beverage programs, and welcoming environments that bring people together. We are committed to creating memorable dining experiences while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture for our team members.
As General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations, leading both front-of-house and back-of-house teams while ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and financial performance.
This is an opportunity for a proven leader to make a meaningful impact within a respected, locally owned hospitality company.
The right candidate will have at least 4 years of full service restaurant leadership experience. A positive leadership style and a guest centered approach to hospitality are a must.
Benefits available include matched 401K, health, dental & vision insurance and paid time off. Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually with bonus potential, DOE.
