EXP Painter/Light Maintenance

This role supports property maintenance efforts to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained community./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliPrepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming/liliPaint interior and exterior surfaces including walls, ceilings, doors, trim, railings, and common areas/liliPerform touch-ups and routine maintenance painting as needed/liliMatch paint colors and finishes according to HOA standards/liliProtect furniture, flooring, and fixtures during painting projects/liliFollow safety procedures and use equipment properly (ladders, lifts, PPE)/liliMaintain painting tools and equipment in good working condition/liliReport structural damage, water intrusion, or maintenance issues to management/liliCoordinate work schedules to minimize disruption to residents/liliEnsure all work meets quality and safety standards/li/ulpFull-Time Mon-Fri Compensation: $20-$23 DOE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU LIVE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES FROM THE DELRAY BEACH AREA./ppMust pass a drug screening and background check./p/div
